IDO Incorporated was selected to manage the move coordination for then Clarian Pathology Laboratory. The project involved consolidating Indiana University Health’s three major hospital laboratories into one centralized location—a task that had not previously been attempted.  As a result of advanced planning and careful strategy, the never-before-attempted consolidation was flawlessly executed. IDO’s hands-on leadership and flexible approach allowed the move coordination process to naturally progress without disruption or burden to the busy Indiana University Health’s lab staff.
